Environmental Policy Statement

Hitecsa provides solutions in Air-conditioning, Air handling and Heat recovery systems.

To ensure that the environmental impact of any company activity is minimal,it is our policy to undertake our work in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions on environmental management and control, using best practicable methods outlined in the relevant codes and standards.

An Environmental Management System complying with Hitecsa's own stringent quality control principles which is implemented and will be maintained, to control the environmental aspects of the Company’s activities.

The prevention of pollution and the use of renewable or sustainable resources are seen as prime objectives to be achieved by the company.

It is recognised that management has a key responsibility for ensuring adequate environmental controls, and to this end the principles of effective environmental management shall be an integral part of all management functions.

The Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for implementing this policy. However the day-to-day management of environmental issues is delegated to all staff who are expected to implement this policy

The objectives and targets for environmental improvement shall be reviewed annually with revisions as appropriate. There views are expected to set objectives that lead to continual improvement and brought to the attention of all employees, suppliers and subcontractors used by the company.


Quality Policy Statement

It is the objective of Hitecsa to maintain and improve our position as a market leader in our field by providing our services to a level of quality, cost, performance and reliability that will satisfy or exceed the requirements of our customers.

In order to help to achieve this objective it is the policy of this company to establish, implement and operate a Quality Management System

To ensure a culture of Continual Quality Improvement, all personnel are required to carry out their tasks in a systematic manner, in accordance with the prescribed processess or procedures that have been designed to minimise the occurrence of discrepancy. When discrepancies or potential discrepancies are identified, staff shall work together to ensure effective measures are taken to prevent re-occurrence.

Meeting or exceeding our annual business objectives is dependent on the performance of all areas and staff and is therefore a collective responsibility.

Hitecsa's quality proceedure has the full support of the Director/s who are committed to ensuring that the activities of the company are controlled in a manner compatible with achieving contractual obligations effectively. It is critical that all staff adhere to the procedures and apply the quality policy of the company in order to achieve a consistently high value added approach to serving our customers.


Health and Safety Policy Statement

It is the policy of Hitecsa to comply with the Health & Safety at Work regulations and all other legislative requirements to ensure, in so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety of their employees whilst at work. This duty also extends to others who maybe affected by that work.

All persons have a responsibility to cooperate with the company to achieve a healthy & safe workplace and take reasonable care of themselves and others.

The Company shall ensure the health, safety and welfare at work of its employees and clients by:

• Placing their safety, health and welfare in the highest category of management responsibility

• Promoting safety consciousness amongst all emploees through  ongoing operator and safety training

• The controls of the health and safety risks arising from their work activities

• Providiing and managing adequate information, instruction and supervision for employees

• Ensuring that all employees are competent to carry out their tasks and providing them with training as required

• Maintaining safe working environments with adequate facilities for the welfare of staff and clients

• Providing adequate resources to ensure the health, safety and welfare of its employees.

• Maintain a continuing interest in health and safety matters applicable to the Company’s activities, in particular by making arrangements for joint consultation between management and  employees in all matters relating to health and safety.

• Ensure the Company aims to promote and maintain a high standard of safety by providing safe places of work, safe systems of work and by ensuring safe, well maintained plant and equipment.

The effectiveness of this policy is to minimise personal injury and safeguard the health and safety of employees and other persons who maybe associated with the company and its operations.
